- Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- All items are handcrafted and require production time before shipment.

- During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Shipping
- Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Materials & Natural Variations
- Due to the nature of handcrafted and engraved items, natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and engraving depth may occur.
- These variations are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.
Care & Use

- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content in this shop are the property of the shop owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
